Settings, Custom Code, Add. Paste the snippet, choose “Body - end” and all pages. Custom code needs a paid plan and a connected domain, and does not run in the editor preview.

What is Bot Studio?
Bot Studio builds a spokesperson for your website. It reads your own pages, then answers visitors in your team’s own voice and hands over to a person when that is what they need.
Does it make things up?
It answers only from content you have given it, shows the page it used, and says so when it does not know. It does not quote prices, dates or promises that are not on your pages.
How does it learn about my business?
Give it your website address. It reads your pages, builds a map of what it learned that you can check and correct, and keeps itself up to date as your site changes.
What does it cost?
The Free plan is free: one assistant, 100 visitor chats a month and 50 pages. Pro and Business raise those limits. Talk to us for current prices.
Will it work on my website platform?

Does the chat use the microphone?
